Small apartment feeling rather than dorm-room. Pleasant staff. Clean atmosphere.

Door did not close completely when released to close. Potential security risk.

Very family friendly and excellent pool area. Great location away from the Dells and quiet for all visitors.

I informed the staff of a cold shower at night, and they told me it was fine, then in the morning it was still cold and they informed us of a water heater that was out, they could have known that the night before if they would have listened it to me. ...read more

We were impressed. The hotel was new, fresh, modern, clean, beautiful lobby, pool, with nice complementary breakfast.

There was nothing not to like.

The appearance of the hotel is nice. Everything looks brand new! For our family of 6 we had a room with 2 queens and a pull-out couch w/ microwave and refrigerator. The room was spacious and comfortable. Make sure you get directions.
